3. Recipients
- IT service providers who manage our website, server and e-mail for us – as processors they act only on our instructions,
- Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland – as a processor for Google Analytics and as an independent controller for YouTube and Google Maps, always only after your consent or click,
- public authorities where required by law.
We do not sell or publish personal data.
4. Transfers to third countries
When Google services are used, data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which is covered by the European Commission adequacy decision (EU) 2023/1795.
5. Your rights
- right of access and to a copy of your data (Art. 15 GDPR),
- right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR),
- right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR),
- right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR),
- right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR),
- right to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21 GDPR),
- right to withdraw consent at any time – for cookies via the Cookie settings link in the footer; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it,
- right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, dataprotection.gov.sk.
You can exercise your rights by e-mail at forschool@kvant.sk or in writing at our registered address. We will reply without undue delay and within one month at the latest.
6. Further information
Providing personal data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address we cannot reply to your message. We do not carry out automated decision-making or profiling.
